When it comes to powder coating a product, Quality Industries' process defines “value added”.  Not only do we provide a superior finish at a competitive price, we do so in an environmentally safe manner. Our equipment and capabilities include:

• Dual booth powder coating line, featuring two automatic spray booths and extra color modules for quick color changes. Includes hydraulic lift assists for heavy part load and unload. We also have a manual off-line booth for prototype testing and small part runs. Line will accommodate a 3’ W X 6’ H part profile.

• Single booth powder coating line, featuring an automatic spray booth that will accommodate a 2’ W X 4’ H part profile.

• Iron phosphate pretreatment, incorporating a 5-stage wash and reverse osmosis purification with water softening. The by product of our wash process is harmless enough to drain into the city sewer system.

• Our process consistently yields over 2500 hrs of salt spray resistance, which exceeds most industry standards. Our salt spray resistance has been independently certified. 

• Liquid paint capability with a plural component mixing unit, HVLP spray guns and two spray booths.  Max part profile of 1’ W X 5’ H.
